Self care in the divorce process. The divorce process can be grueling, and people often forget to put themselves first and engage in some self care. When I talk about self care, I’m not talking about things that cost a lot of money, but ways that you can minimize the stress to yourself as you get through your divorce process.

Also, something to consider is your mindset. What are the thoughts that are driving your behavior and emotions as you go through the process?
