Ed holds a BS in Management from UMass Dartmouth, an MBA from Northeastern University and a Certificate of Management Accountant (CMA) designation.Ed is an active member of Financial Executives (FEI), the Treasurers Club of Boston (TCB), and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
When not number crunching Ed can be found playing saxophones with Stoli (jazz/blues ensemble), listening to music, biking, or golfing.

He has held CFO positions at Geocomp Corporation, Decision Economics, Inc., as well as lead financial management positions at the Workers Compensation Research Institute and Integral, Inc. He also served as a financial consultant for Mast, Inc., Kaz Inc., Haemonetics, Inc., Brooks Automation, Spire Corporation and Yankee Holidays. Early in his career at Raytheon, Ed held audit and program control positions.
Ed holds a BS in Management from UMass Dartmouth, an MBA from Northeastern University and a Certificate of Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
